Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped securely via Royal Mail 1st Class.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders from our facility within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 1–2 business days, resulting in an estimated total arrival window of 2–4 business days.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have an automatic right to change your mind and cancel your order for any reason.

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the physical goods to notify us that you wish to cancel and return the items.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us directly at support@advocatuspublishing.com with your name and order number.

Returns Process & Costs

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must mail the items back to us within 14 days.

Unless an item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrectly described, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition.

Refunds

Upon receiving and verifying the returned items, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price, including our standard outward shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or from the date you provide verified proof of postage.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your books or maps arrive bent, torn, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@advocatuspublishing.com with a photo of the damage. We will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
